URLradio.net was birthed by Stacy Sturm & Nicole Morrison-Mathern. Both women have a head for business, and a heart for charity. They are active in fundraising, organizing events and volunteer for several non-profits in our area.
Current owner and local radio veteran, Stacy Sturm, is also the Operations Director. She has worked in the radio business for 27 years. She’s done mornings for almost 25 of those years and leads the morning show on URL Radio. She writes and produces advertising and schedules spots. She’s also worked in newspaper, television and marketing/public relations throughout her career and knows what makes a successful campaign. Sturm and URL Radio were the first in the area to specialize in social media/internet marketing (2008), leading the way in podcasting, digital magazines, QR Codes, social media marketing, social media production, content creation and content management. Sturm was cover person of “Inspire” Women’s Magazine, named “40 Under 40” by the Bismarck Tribune, and “Entrepreneur of the Year” by COCO.
